Easter Sundays

If you love Easter and chocolate like me then this Easter egg sunday will hit the spot.

This is my easteregg madness as i just love chocolate and Easter.

My Easter egg sunday is made up of a chocolate egg shell on a base of Jamaican ginger cake, and filled with pieces of Jamaican ginger cake topped with two layers first layer, rum, chocolate mousse vanilla mascarpone and an almond mini magnum sprinkled with mini eggs and broken chocolate Shells drizzled in chocolate sauce and caramel sauce to top it all off.

Absolutely yummy.
